The AWC is collaborating with author Paul van Waarde to sell the English version of his very popular cookbook, The New Modern Dutch Cuisine NL,which is now available in the AWC Front Office. The cost of the cookbook is € 30 and the AWC will receive 40% of the revenue from the book sales to help support AWC facilities and services.



The recipe of success...

Master Chef Paul van Waarden, together with the culinary society, Stichting Heren van Waarde, published a cookbook in Dutch entitled, Het Nieuw Nederlandsch Kookboek. The Stichting Heren van Waarde is an organization of men who share a passion for cooking and fine dining and who participate in regular cooking classes given by Chef Paul.

In 2006, the group launched the idea to collaborate with Chef Paul to write a cookbook with unique features. The first cookbook, Het Nieuw Nederlandsch Kookboek was highly successful and 10,000 copies were sold. In 2008, Chef Paul and the Stichting Heren van Waarde launched their second project, entitled New Modern Dutch Cuisine NL. All the recipes in this fabulous cookbook were created by Chef Paul van Waarden. Chef van Waarden is the owner and operator of the Michelin Star Restaurant Paul Van Waarden located at Tollensstraat 10, in Rijswijk. (www.paulvanwaarden.nl)
