In The AWC is an organization run 100% by volunteers. We rely on all of our members to provide the services and activities that we offer. Your contribution can make a real difference to our community, not only is it rewarding but you will meet lots of fun, interesting people in the process!

NOMINATING COMMITTE
The Nominating Committee began meeting in January to discuss nominations
for the 2012-12 club year. If you would like to nominate a fellow
Member as a candidate for a board position, or know someone who would be
a good fit for a
committee chair position, please contact

Some of the places we always need volunteers:
- Like to cook? The Tulip Café needs cooks and servers for its Thursday lunches.
- The Library needs volunteers to work regularly, as
well as to work on special projects.
- The Holiday Bazaar is held every year. We need lots
of help, especially before and during the bazaar.
- Have a green thumb? Like to garden? We always welcome help maintaining or enhance the AWC garden.
Have something special in mind?
When you join or renew your membership, we'll ask you which activities you'd like to help with, and your name will be passed to the chairwomen of those activities or committees. In the meantime, if you have questions or ideas, please CONTACT US. Maybe you can inspire a whole new group!
